Delivery options
We ship nationwide with top-tier, tracked couriers. At checkout you pick a speed — Economy or Overnight — and see the exact price for your address. How long it takes depends on the speed you choose and where you are:

Timeframes are estimates from dispatch, not from order placement, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Large or high-value items may need a signature and ID on delivery.
Delivery cost
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your address, the parcel weight and its dimensions — you’ll see the exact courier price before you pay, with no surprises afterwards.

Insured to your door
Orders under R1 000 are covered free; above that, insurance (about 2% of value) is added at checkout.
Collection from our Centurion office is always free.
Dispatch & cut-off
In-stock orders placed and paid before 12:00 on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, or over a weekend, go out the next business day.
- Payment must reflect before we dispatch — card and Instant EFT via PayFast clear immediately.
- If an item is on back-order we’ll contact you with an ETA before charging.
- We deliver to physical street addresses only — no PO boxes.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves us, the courier sends a tracking number and a live tracking link by email and WhatsApp, so you can follow it to your door every step of the way.
Collect in person
Prefer to fetch it yourself? Choose collection at checkout and we’ll have your order ready at our Centurion office — we’ll email you the moment it’s packed and waiting.

Receiving your parcel
A quick check on delivery saves everyone time:
- 1Make sure the box is sealed and undamaged before signing.
- 2If the packaging is clearly damaged, note it on the waybill or refuse the parcel.
- 3Open and test within 7 days — anything faulty is covered by our DOA policy.
